Furlanthropy Campaigns

Yes. You can start a campaign and be reimbursed for expenses you’ve already paid. For example: If you’ve already paid your veterinarian $500 for pet-care. Funds raised through your campaign will be distributed directly from Furlanthropy to your veterinarian. Your Veterinarian will reimburse you for any amount you’ve over-paid.

No. Campaigns of any amount can be created.

All donations go to Furlanthropy, Inc., where they are then distributed directly to the location of the expense. For example: Veterinary hospital.

Funds from campaigns are distributed from Furlanthropy Inc., directly to the Veterinarian.

Your pet’s need may inspire donations that exceed what you need. Any additional funds will be allocated to other campaigns that are less popular.

YES. Furlanthropy campaigns are available to anyone. Your veterinarian is not required to promote Furlanthropy or have a pre-existing relationship with Furlanthropy, Inc.

Furlanthropy Inc., exists to provide pet parents with a resource to address their pet-care financial needs. However, it is possible that even with the 6 different channels of funding described above, some campaigns may fall short of their intended goal. While this is not typical, it can happen. If for example only $800 of a $1,000 campaign is raised, the $800 will be applied directly to the cause (the expense) and the remaining balance will be the responsibility of the pet parent. While this scenario wouldn’t provide complete coverage, it does relieve 80% of the potential debt.

No. There is no fee to use the Furlanthropy service.
